It's not bad - I was kind of expecting worse from the cheesy commercials I hear on the radio. The service is so-so, but the pizza came out fast so no complaints there. A large is 9.99 with no toppings (which are priced a bit steep at $1.50 each). On Mondays they have a $5 special, but this is soon going up to $6 on July 7. The decor is bit tacky - excessive amounts of orange lamps and purple neon lights. Otherwise looks like it would be a good place to study or bring a book as there was hardly anyone in the restaurant and there's plenty of seating. The pizza's really good (for fast food)! I like it better than doughy Pizza Hut.

I guess when you go in expecting the worst, you're pleasantly surprised when it doesn't suck. I can't speak for the Pizza... it just looks too scary to try. I had a meatball sub on the recommendation of Angela M's review. It wasn't the worst or the best meatball sub I've ever had. It is very similar to a Subway meatball sub. The sauce was pretty bland, and some of the meatballs were a little over cooked. The best part of the sandwich was the bread itself, which was doughy and soft. I would just order the bread if I could. Other than that, there isn't much to say about the place. I will go back because it is so damn close to my apartment, but it isn't something I'd go out of my way for.

This Jerry's is like all of the rest, but they do have Coke Zero, which I like.

Not much to say, i ordered an order of sweet potato fries at 12:17. Three people in front of me and two people behind me got their orders. Twenty minutes late i got a smaller sized portion than i ordered, cold, stale, and limp. Poor quality food and poor quality service.

There are like several Jerry's in the area and they are supposed to be the same (franchise) but Jerry's on 16th street stands out. It's not Rays Classic but they are good. Best subs are Chicken Philly & Original Can't comment on their pizza (don't eat pizza at all).

I should have Yelped this place before trying. Definitely NOT the world's best cheese steaks! Chicken cheese steak was dry and there was more lettuce than meat! Stay away! Only reason for 2 stars was cause the fries were oky

We got an advertisement on our mailbox two days ago. The ad says they "Now Deliver" and the hours for Friday are listed as 10:30 am - 10:30 pm, nowhere on that ad does it say they stop delivering at 8pm. The manager on duty was rude, told me to call corporate, and hung up on me. Their prices are way to expensive to be dishing out that kind of disrespect. It's not my fault they falsely advertise.

While it may not be the WORST Philly cheese steak I've ever had, it certainly is not the WORLD'S BEST. In fact, it was pretty awful. I won't be going back. I went at lunch simply because I had heard their commercial 811 times on the radio. I had the original with everything and fries. There is no seasoning to the meat and the toppings (lettuce, onion, tomato) were terrible. The bread is tough and the fries easily forgotten (steak fries--I've never been a fan). If you really want a cheese steak you are better off at a local deli.

wish I could give them zero starts. their customer service has been going down hill for a while. always late. my last encounter was the worst. the delivery guy didn't know how much the bill was, he was very rude. I figured out bill from my on line receipt and gave him twenty. he asked me if I had anything smaller than that. my food was 14 and I was planning to give a couple dollars tip. I said no. he got mad and started to get nasty. I couldn't understand how a delivery guy didn't have change for a twenty. i didn't get my food. i called the store they were apologetic but offered no assistance or fix other than having the guy come back to give me my food which is the last thing i wanted now. will never ever get delivery from them again.

My coworker went there for lunch one day and offered a french fry to me. I definitely do not turn them down, and they were SO good. So when i ordered delivery from them, i was highly disappointed. EVERYTHING was cold. Im not exaggerating and it was really lukewarm, it was actually cold. I live right across the street, so it boggles my mind that it would be that cold. The wait time for delivery was over an hour, which i understand it was a saturday night, but thats a little ridiculous, I'm just curious if my food was so cold and i live right across the street, what happens if you live further away?

Got a steak & cheese and it was so so. I remembered when Jerry's was pretty good. Not sure if they sold the name or what. They definitely have fallen off.

Yummy! Give me a Jerry's cheesesteak (Philly or original) or a pizza and I'm all set. A few words of wisdom from a veteran Jerry's eater: * Join the Jerry's e-club and they'll send you coupons for $1 or so off fairly regularly. * The $5.99 large pizza special on Monday nights may sound good, but buyer beware. The restaurant gets packed and in my experience it's more trouble than it's worth. Definitely avoid Monday nights if you don't want pizza. * The "power lunch" is a good deal: small cheese pizza and a Coke for $4.99. It's not gourmet cuisine but it's a good cheap meal. Plus I just like to order it because of the name. It makes me feel...powerful...

Jerry's what happened to you? Your pizza was great ,but that was the '90's. I got the white cheese pizza which was always my favorite. When I got home the cheese was greasy, liquified and not even in the middle of the pizza. It wasn't very good. It just seems like this entire chain is trying to go out of business. Please do so I don't have to stare at your eye sore of a business again. Do not even get me started on the god-awful store interior design.

It's ok. The mozarella sticks are good. That's about it. Nothing to brag about or write home about. There is ample seating.

I've eaten at a few Jerry's over the years. I'm just going to go ahead and make the blanket statement that this may be the worst restaurant chain on the planet. The College Park location was frequently shut down due to health code violations and judgin from the appearance of other locations, I just don't know if the food is safe to eat. From the frequently dirty interiors to the all-grease-and-no-other-flavor food, this is fast-food at its worst. Jerry's makes you glad to see a Wendy's or McDonalds.

Pretty mediocre all the way around, but OK if you're stuck at the laundromat. Fries were OK. Pizza tasted like cafeteria fare. Cheesteak was bland, but at least it wasn't too oily.

We first ate at a Jerry's in Columbia 3 years ago and had a greasy cheesesteak. We didn't digg it to the point that we never went to Jerry's again. Fast-forward to last week. We had just gotten back from New York and had no food in the fridge, so we did a Blockbuster run, I went to Spring Garden to get some soup and my hubbs went to Jerry's to get a meatball sub. I am so glad he did! He always shares with me. Omg. The bread is so soft and warm, the marinara sauce delectable, the meatballs and so plentiful and tasty, and the melted mozzarella on top is perfect! I was never ever into meatball subs until now. Rewind to last night. We still don't have food in the fridge (it's been busy, what can I say?) and I had one thought on my mind at 9:30pm - a meatball sub from Jerry's. We went in and split the 8" for $5.99, got nothing else and were soooo satisfied. Well, maybe I could've eaten another 4 inch by myself, but I have this girlish figure to maintain and that means no gorging after 7pm. I've never been a cheerleader for Jerry's before, but now that I am, I'll say, "Go, go Jerry's!! Go, go, go Jerry's - yeah!" I've got on my pink hoochie cheerleader skirt and my pom-poms are two meatball subs. If you've never had one, you gotta try it.
